The deadline to renew your Jazz Series subscription is July 31, 2017.
As a season subscriber, you can renew your tickets online and save time and return postage on your order! If you’ve already set up your Patron Portal account, please enter your Username (email) and password you’ve already established below. If you have not set up a Patron Portal, or you forgot your password, enter your email as your Username then click on “Forgot password” and you will be emailed a temporary password. Check your email for your new password then return to this page to proceed with your login.
Your current subscription will appear on the next page. If you wish to keep your seats or request a seat change, please click on the “Renew and Pay” button at the bottom. If you’d like to change seats, please tell us in the Comment box on the checkout page where you wish to relocate to.
If you want to make changes or have questions and need us to contact you, please click on the “Submit a Change Request” button at the bottom and explain your request in the Comment box on the checkout page. We cannot answer questions about specific seat availability until after June 9th.
If you do not wish to renew, please click on the “I don’t want to renew” button at the bottom and your seats will be released.
